The Insider

Local Wine

The finest local win eis Rossese of Dolceaqua with hints of blackberry, redcurrent and pine resin. We would also recommend the dry white Vermentino from the Nervia Valley.

Local Food

The home of pesto (pine nuts, cheese, basil, oil and garlic), this is on every menu. There are a range of delicious and unusual local specialities, from Genovese beef stew to goat meat with beans.
