The Insider
Regional Food
Puglia is rightly known for it's food! We'd recommend trying just simple pasta dishes, so you'll see what a difference they can make. After that, the seafood, such as oysters and mussels are a must.
Local Wine
With production based on quality not quantity, it is hard to go wrong with either the local whites or reds.
