This delightful villa is built on the side of a pretty hill that descends towards the sea in the well known area of Costa Smeralda,. Costa Smerald is considered to be the most prestigious area in Sardinia. The villa is immersed in typical Mediterranean shrubbery and has a garden (300 m2) and equipped patio (50 m2) both in the front and the back. The closest beach of Portopaglia, is just 1 km away from this villa.

The living accommodation consists of a living/dining room with satellite TV, a modern well equipped with access to the garden where there is a undercover dining area and built in barbecue . There are 2 double bedrooms one of which has an en suite and the 3rd bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds.

The closest beach of Portopaglia, is just 1 km away and in a radius of 2 km there are other beautiful beaches such as Pevero Bay. 2 km from Porto Cervo (all kinds of shops, tourist harbour, sailing school, tennis courts), 2.5 km the beautiful Gulf of Pevero, 18 km Arzachena, 19 km Porto Rotondo.

Direct flights go to Cagliari (in the south), Olbia (in the north east) or Alghero (on the north west). We have indicated the most convenient airport against each property, but the island is relatively small with decent roads.

How To Get There

There are direct flights from the UK to Cagliari, Alghero and Olbia.

From Gatwick you can fly to Cagliari with Easyjet.

From East Midlands, Liverpool, Dublin, Luton and Stansted you can fly to Alghero with Ryanair. With Thomson you can fly from Birmingham and Gatwick.

From Gatwick you can fly with Thomson and Easyjet to Olbia. Easyjet also flies from Bristol. There are direct Ryanair flights from Birmingham, and Air France flights from Heathrow, to Olbia. Jet2 flies from Leeds/Bradford to Olbia. Olbia can also be reached from Manchester by various carriers.
