Villa Unicorno is situated on the north western coast of Sardinia on a hill that descends down towards the sea, just 150 meters away. The accommodation is set inside a large residential park guarded with a doorman service and 24 hour surveillance.

Just outside the villa is a large terrace with panoramic sea views. On the terrace there is a covered dining area just perfect for Al Fresco dining on a warm Italian summer evening.

The internal living accommodation consists of a delightfully large lounge/dining room with a fireplace and satellite TV, a modern well equipped kitchen with a freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. On the upper level there a study, 1 very spacious double bedroom with a sea facing terrace and ensuite bathroom, 1 twin bedroom, which can be made into a double if required), a bedroom with bunk beds and a good sized family bathroom with a shower.

Porto Cervo, Olbia, Sardinia

Villa Unicorno is just a short walk away from the centre of Porto Cervo.

Prince Karim Aga Khan created "the Emerald Coast" as an exclusive area for the enjoyment of the heads of International high society. Porto Cervo became its Capital and the heart of fashionable society. Porto Cervo is the village area whilst nearby is the Porto Vecchio, with the Piazzetta Hotel Cervo, the Passeggiata and the Sottopiazza. Shopping, boutiques and luxury restaurants are the norm at Porto Cervo.

Of certain interest: the tourist harbour, at the entrance of which one can admire the Azzurra, finalist of the America's Cup in 1983. The famous Yacht Club is a port of call for the most beautiful yachts of the Mediterranean.

Not by chance, Porto Cervo has hosted some of the most important and prestigious sailing competitions such as the Sardinia Cup, the Swan Cup, the Veteran Boat Rally and the Maxi Yacht Rolex.

In the vicinity of Porto Cervo are the enchanting Beaches of Pevero, Pedra Bianca, Pietra Niedda, Cala Liscia, Ruja, Punta Capricciosi and Portu Li Coggi.

The nearest airport Olbia is located 80km from the villa.

Direct flights go to Cagliari (in the south), Olbia (in the north east) or Alghero (on the north west). We have indicated the most convenient airport against each property, but the island is relatively small with decent roads.

How To Get There

There are direct flights from the UK to Cagliari, Alghero and Olbia.

From Gatwick you can fly to Cagliari with Easyjet.

From East Midlands, Liverpool, Dublin, Luton and Stansted you can fly to Alghero with Ryanair. With Thomson you can fly from Birmingham and Gatwick.

From Gatwick you can fly with Thomson and Easyjet to Olbia. Easyjet also flies from Bristol. There are direct Ryanair flights from Birmingham, and Air France flights from Heathrow, to Olbia. Jet2 flies from Leeds/Bradford to Olbia. Olbia can also be reached from Manchester by various carriers.
