Undeniably attractive, this large house has undergone a complete renovation and is thus immaculate both inside and out. It makes a perfect private retreat for families and large groups of friends. One of its gems is the purpose-built barbecue, a monument in itself and one that will ensure al fresco dining is on the menu.
The main entrance to the house is beside the villa's outside shower room with WC. The front door opens into a stylish hallway with a circular, wrought-iron staircase. The hallway leads through an archway and into the comfortable, spacious living/dining room. This has an open fireplace, for cosy winter evenings, and doors to the terrace for summer evenings. Two steps up directly lead into the vaulted living/leisure area, which is the ideal place to relax with a drink and a good read for the evening. One more step up leads into the tasteful kitchen, well-equipped with oven, gas stove, dishwasher and double sink.
From the kitchen, French windows open onto the terrace and garden, where the covered terraced ideal and barbecue reside. Also on the ground floor is a utility room with large fridge/freezer and washing machine. The circular stairs up to the spacious first floor landing, and charming loggiata located at the top of an outside staircase. There are two well-furnished double bedrooms and two shower rooms with WC, etc. as well as two more double bedrooms – one with a mezzanine floor, the other with a large terrace and spectacular views.

Casa dei Noccioli rests in a dramatic lee of the Gran Sasso National Park in a rural and secluded location, making it ideal for extended families and groups of friends. The nearest town is Civitella del Tronto, which just 5 kilometers from our house is dramatically visible, perched 645m above sea level. It is a splendidly picturesque town with winding streets lined with 16th and 17th century religious and civic architecture. This is where you will find all the essential shops, banks and chemists. There is plenty of sight-seeing to be done from this excellent location, with the cities of Ascoli Piceno and Teramo both approximately 15 kilometers away. Sandy beaches at Alba Adriatica, Giulianova and San Benedrotto del Tronto are all within 25 kilometers.
The region is served by direct flights to Ancona and Pescara airports.

One of the most spectacular regions, Abruzzo is home to two of the Apennine's mountains, Corno Grande and Monte Amaro. Although best known for the mountains, the landscape is diverse, offering ancient forests, a vast plain and a beautiful coastline. Many of the towns have retained a medieval feel, populated by warm and welcoming locals.
The region is served with direct flights to Pescara, although Rome and Ancona are handy alternatives.
