Slightly elevated above the western shore of Lake Como, this large, pink-painted house has marvellous views stretching to the island of Comacina and beyond, to Lake Como's wooded mountains. These views are simply not to be missed. 300m away from Osuccio, it takes ten minutes by car to reach Lenno, which has a grocery store and the nearest hydrofoil stop, and twenty minutes by ferry to reach Bellagio, directly across the lake.
Although the house has three floors, it is divided into two: the upper floor is occupied by the owner and the two lower floors are for guests. Seventy-five steps up from the main coast road leads to the entrance and the enclosed garage (which has enough space for one car - extra parking spaces are just 100m away). It is ideal for large families or a big group of friends.
All rooms in the villa are comfortably and stylishly furnished. You will find both the living/dining room, with TV and CD player, and kitchen area, with gas stove, electric oven, double sink and fridge/freezer, on the ground floor. Each have panoramic windows and doors that open out onto the furnished terrace. The ground floor also has one twin bedroom and one double bedroom, each with their own shower room and WC.
The lower level has a living/dining room with an open fireplace, and a kitchen area with gas stove, double sink, fridge/freezer and access to the garden. You'll find one double bedroom with a shower room and WC, a small study and the shared laundry room which has a washing machine. Firewood is provided while an internet connection is available to arrange.
Picturesque, spacious and with some truly incredible views, L'Orto degli Olivi is the perfect place to stay in which to appreciate the beauty of Lake Como.
L'Orto degli Olivi is 300m away from Osuccio. Where the Lombard rises into the Alps liesa string of deepest blue lakes which have long been popular with the well-heeled Milanese.
