Property details

Villa Mona Lisa extends a rare opportunity for friends or family to come together and enjoy a host of activities. Arriving to the villa along its 500 metre avenue, lined by floodlit Mediterranean pines, you will feel both exhilarated and relaxed.

Enter the villa and there is the heated indoor swimming pool, full size billiard table and table tennis. All this set in 7 hectares of land overlooking Lake Bracciano and there is a golf course nearby. The furnishings within are a pleasant mix of quality antiques blending well with comfortable sofas and picture windows.

You will find the spacious living/dining room on the ground floor which links through to the kitchen/breakfast room, complete with a stove, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer and pizza/bread oven. For storage there is a handy cloakroom with WC. The indoor pool room (see photos) is also on this floor.

The villa has three double bedrooms, each with ensuite shower rooms and WCs etc. There is also one double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and WC etc. The twin bedroom has an ensuite shower room and WC. Climbing up the pretty spiral staircase to the first floor you will find the master double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, WC, and doors leading to a separate private balcony. Completing the interior is the indoor swimming pool (available from 5th January to 26th April and from 4th October to 20th December at only 300 Euros per week, payable locally).

For the more active, there is a hard court illuminated tennis court alongside the inviting L-shaped swimming pool (open between 3rd May and 3rd October, weather permitting). With a depth of 1.5 metres at its shallowest part, it goes to nearly 5 metres at its deepest and is equipped with a high diving board. For the less active, you'll appreciate the large, furnished circular pergola which is complete with a barbecue.

There is help on hand too from the English-speaking caretaker who has a cottage in the grounds.

Please note: use of the indoor pool must be requested at the time of booking. Cot hire is Euro 60 per week, payable locally. Under floor heating is available between October and April for a maximum of 8 hours per day at a cost of 400 Euros per week, payable locally.
