The friendly owner of apartment Linmonaia will personally meet you in the main Piazza San Francesco, walk you to the apartment, and provide a luggage portage on your arrival and departure. Entrance to this apartment is via electric gate into a parking area. From here, steps lead up to the first floor, where the owner of the property lives and there is conveniently a laundry with washing machine. Forty-eight steps take you to the viewpoint, which is your furnished al-fresco dining terrace and main entrance. This is the ideal place to laze away your holiday, enjoying spectacular views and sampling local Italian cuisine and a glass of the local tipple, the romantically named crisp white wine, Lacrima Christi.
You enter into a hallway, which leads to the delightfully airy, sunny double-aspect sitting-dining room, which boasts two balconies. Sliding doors then take you into the spacious kitchen, with breakfast chairs to provide you with the perfect place to enjoy a quick bite of breakfast. The kitchen has a double sink, gas hob, electric oven and fridge/freezer. There is also a bathroom with WC, one twin or double-bedded room with doors to another balcony, and one master double-bedded room with immaculate en-suite shower room with WC.
There is a final cleaning charge of Euro 50.00 payable locally. The cost of hiring a cot is Euro 52 per week payable locally. Late arrivals after 20:00 will be charged at Euro 52.

Naples: Thomson flies from Belfast, Glasgow, Manchester, Newcastle, Sheffield, Birmingham, Bristol, Bournemouth, Gatwick and Luton.
You can fly from Gatwick with British Airways and Monarch, who also fly from Manchester. From Stansted you can fly to Naples with Easyjet.
The two airports in Rome are the Leonardo da Vinci (Fiumicino) and Ciampino.
