Ideal for a couple with a child, this apartment is very reasonably priced seaside accommodation. This modern ground floor apartment is in a block of four with the owners living above. A pebble beach is just a short walk over the road.
You approach this apartment by the iron-gated driveway into the underground garage, shared by guests and the friendly unobtrusive owner. Preceding the entrance to the accommodation is a delightful furnished terrace with barbecue. Wide French doors open from this terrace onto a living/dining room. From this living area, a corridor leads into the well-equipped kitchen which has a double sink unit, oven, hob and fridge/freezer. The sleeping space comprises of one single bedroom and one double bedroom. Both rooms have French doors leading onto the balcony which boasts spectacular views of traditional Sicilian vineyards and fruit orchards. There is a modern bathroom with bath, shower and WC.
Please note: late arrivals after 20:00 hours are charged at 50 Euros. There is a final cleaning charge of 30 Euros. Upon request, a cot is available for hire at 50 Euros per week. All fees are payable locally.
This apartment is situated a short walk from the pebble beach and boasts a beautiful view over the blue Ionic Sea to Taormina.
A short drive to the charming towns of Riposto and Giarre will provide all the essentials of shops, bank, chemist etc. Almost half way between Catania and Taormina, with spectacular Mount Etna to the rear, the property fronts a main road, so the traffic could be noisy at times.
