The burnt orange of its terracotta tiles and bricks, its green varieties of cacti and tropical plants, the delicate pink flowers and, of course, the blues of the sky and Ionian sea present a wonderful kaleidoscope to you and your guests. As it rests in a narrow, traffic-free road, Casa Nunziatina also offers seclusion and privacy.
You enter this house through an arched porch into a cosy living/dining room, full of character, with French windows leading onto the terrace. The adjacent kitchen is equipped with a double sink unit, electric oven, five gas ring hob, fridge, fridge/freezer, small table and doors to the outside. A beautiful spiral staircase leads to the first floor, where there is a small, low-ceilinged shower room with WC and a cosy, informal seating area. Sleeping accommodation on this floor comprises of one single bedroom and one double bedroom.
To make the most of this beautiful location, dine al fresco using the casa's covered outside kitchen area with barbecue, two gas ring hob, sink and its furnished terrace.
